Your Burning Questions Answered

I’m not in great shape. Would the group training program work for me?

One of our first steps at Surefire is to run new clients through a functional movement screen. This helps us determine what’s most appropriate for the individual. You may be red lit on certain activities in the gym based on the results of the screen. This is no problem! We’ll work with you to help improve those movement patterns and make sure you’re getting the most out of every workout safely. All fitness levels can be successful in the group training program!

How many people attend the group session times?

Most group sessions range from 10 – 25 people.

Can I attend different group training session times?

Yes! Group training members are welcome to attend any group training session times they’d like.

What are the workouts like?

Fun, challenging, fresh, unique and innovative are a few words we’ve heard our clients use to describe each workout. What they are not is stale, boring or repetitive. It’s our mission to keep our community excited about exercise. Being wowed with something new each and every workout does just that.

Are your trainers certified?

Yes! We value education at Surefire. Most of our trainers have their bachelor’s or master’s degrees in exercise science in addition to their training certifications. We are committed to being life-long learners in the field of exercise science.

Are there showers at the gym?

Yes! We have showers in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms.

Can I try Surefire out before committing to a membership?

Absolutely! In fact, we want you to give it a try before joining!

How much does it cost?

We have a variety of programs and a variety of membership options. After your consultation and trial, we’ll work with you to find the membership option that’s best for you and your budget.
