One of our first steps at Surefire is to run new clients through a functional movement screen. This helps us determine what’s most appropriate for the individual. You may be red lit on certain activities in the gym based on the results of the screen. This is no problem! We’ll work with you to help improve those movement patterns and make sure you’re getting the most out of every workout safely. All fitness levels can be successful in the group training program!
Most group sessions range from 10 – 25 people.
Yes! Group training members are welcome to attend any group training session times they’d like.

Yes! We value education at Surefire. Most of our trainers have their bachelor’s or master’s degrees in exercise science in addition to their training certifications. We are committed to being life-long learners in the field of exercise science.
Yes! We have showers in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms.
