Group Training

Working out with others in a group setting is motivating, encouraging and just plain fun. Here’s what you can expect at a Surefire Fitness group training session…

  1. A helpful coach. Each group training session is led by one of our certified personal trainers. In fact, most of our trainers have their bachelor’s or master’s degrees in exercise science. Coaching isn’t a hobby for us. Coaching is a career, and helping our members to do things they never thought possible is our passion.
  2. A supportive community. The gym environment can be intimidating. Not the case at Surefire. Our gym is full of some of the coolest people wanting nothing more than to see you succeed. Whether you’re in great shape or out of shape, you are welcome here.
  3. A great workout. Every workout at Surefire is so much more than a calorie burn. In fact, you’ll have so much fun doing a variety of exercises, movement drills and fitness games; you may forget you’re even working out! If it was done on the playground, you can probably guess we’ll do it at Surefire. From the monkey bars to dodgeball to Nerf wars, we work hard and have a lot of fun in the process.

The group training program meets Monday – Friday at 5:00 am, 6:00 am, Noon, 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm. Regardless of your fitness level, the program is designed to meet you where you’re at. With a variety of membership options, there’s literally something for everyone. And the best part? Every workout offers something fresh, challenging and exciting. Our members walk through the Surefire gym doors each training session not knowing what’s in store.

Personal Training

If some one-on-one attention is what you’re looking for, we’ve got you covered. Personal training is a great option for lots of reasons, but specifically, it gives us the opportunity to laser focus on a specific goal of yours. We’ve helped ultra runners set new PR’s, Division 1 athletes prepare for their seasons and individuals recovering from injury get back to work.

60+ Group Training

Over the years, we have had several requests to start a program for older adults. While there are a variety of age groups that attend our group training program at Surefire (including several in their 60’s), we realize that some of the movements and exercises are not always appropriate for many older individuals without modification.

We are excited to finally fill that need with a new group training program specifically for adults 60 and older. Maintaining and even improving strength and balance are extremely important as we age. That’s why the bulk of this class will focus on those two things in a fun, unique, and challenging way. The program meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am – 9:45 am.

Nutrition Coaching

What happens outside workouts can support or sabotage your efforts in the gym. When it comes to nutrition, we focus on creating habits that are sustainable and make it easier for YOU to maintain a healthy lifestyle and reach your goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, improve your performance, look better, or just feel better, our nutrition coach can help you get there. No forbidden foods or restrictive diets, just optimizing you’re eating habits to nourish your body.

We offer one time consultations, individualized 12-week nutrition coaching programs, and group challenges.

Youth Training

KID NINJA (AGES 5-9)

Our youth program for kids ages 5-9, Kid Ninja, meets every Tuesday evening from 6:45 pm – 7:30 pm.

Each week we focus on a few different ninja, parkour, free running, tricking, or other movement skills. If you struggle to keep your little one from performing stunts off the couch at home, this program is the answer.

DRAGONS (AGES 10-14)

Our youth program for kids ages 10-14, Dragons, meets every Thursday evening from 6:45 pm – 7:30 pm.

Much like Kid Ninja, we focus on a different ninja, parkour, free running, tricking, or other movement skill each week. We dial in the technique a little more with this age group as well as sprinkle in some strength and conditioning each session.

Kid Ninja Birthday Parties

Option #1 (Ninja)

Give your child the ultimate ninja experience on their next birthday! Our youth program, Kid Ninja, has expanded to offer one-of-a-kind birthday parties!

Combining a custom ninja obstacle course with presents and cakes makes for one extremely happy kid. It also may earn you a parent-of-the-year trophy!

  • Parties available for booking anytime Saturdays and Sundays
  • Run time of 90 minutes (60 minutes of an exciting and custom ninja obstacle course led by our certified trainers + 30 minutes of presents/food)
  • Tables, chairs, paper goods provided (You are responsible for all food/drink)
  • FREE KID NINJA t-shirt for the birthday boy/girl</li>
  • LOTS AND LOTS OF FUN!

Price: $199 (Pricing based off 12 or fewer participating children. An additional $10/child charged after 12.)

Option #2 (Ninja + Nerf)

For this option we are extending the party time to a full two hours. In addition to a custom ninja obstacle course, we’ll end each party with an ultimate Nerf battle! This will truly make for an epic birthday celebration!

  • Parties available for booking anytime Saturdays and Sundays
  • Run time of 2 hours (60 minutes of an exciting and custom ninja obstacle course led by our certified trainers + 30 minutes of presents/food + 30 minutes of Nerf wars)
  • Tables, chairs, paper goods provided (You are responsible for all food/drink)
  • FREE KID NINJA t-shirt for the birthday boy/girl
  • LOTS AND LOTS OF FUN!

Price: $299 (Pricing based off 12 or fewer participating children. An additional $10/child charged after 12.)
